Cut through the senior care noise.
$0 cost to your family.
Skip the cold calls, the voicemails, and the wait lists. We tour every senior care home we recommend across Snohomish & King County, then hand you three vetted matches that fit your situation. Communities pay our fee. Your family pays nothing.
Most families come to us in the worst week of their lives.
Mom had another fall last Thursday. The hospital wants a discharge plan by Friday. You spent Sunday night in a Google rabbit hole, comparing names of places you have never set foot in. Most agencies are built for the next call.
We were built for this one. We answer the phone in the evening. We know which adult family homes have an awake-overnight aide and which do not. We tour with you, not after you.
What we hear, every week
- Dad cannot stay home alone anymore. Last night confirmed it.
- The discharge planner gave us a printed list. None of the names mean anything.
- The big national service called us back from out of state. They had not been in any of the homes.
- Cost is unclear. Veterans benefits are unclear. Medicaid waivers are unclear.
- We do not know what 24-hour care actually means at each home.
Three steps. We do the work that only a local can.
Some families need a placement in ten days. Some need three months. Both are fine. We move at your pace, not ours.
Tell us about your situation
A short call, or the form below. We listen first. We ask about care needs, cost concerns, and timeline. No commitment. No script.
We match you with vetted homes
A licensed nurse assesses care needs. We hand-pick a short list of homes we have personally toured. We attend the tours with you and ask the questions families forget.
You tour, decide, move in
You pick the home. We help with paperwork, deposits, and move-in logistics. We stay in touch after move-in too. If the first home is not right, we keep working.
Four kinds of senior care, one placement service.
24-hour care is what most of our families call about. The other three follow from there. We help you find the level of support that actually fits, even if it is not the level you started looking for.
24-hour in-home and residential care placement
For loved ones who need someone awake and alert overnight, not a live-in aide who sleeps. We place into adult family homes with awake-overnight staffing, into 24/7 home care arrangements, and into assisted living tiers that include continuous oversight. We confirm what overnight coverage actually looks like at each home before we recommend it.
- Awake-overnight aide, not asleep live-in
- Fall risk and wandering protocols verified
- Medication management included
- Hospital-discharge timelines welcome
Assisted living placement
Larger communities with private apartments, communal dining, social calendars, and a wellness team on site. Independence with help nearby when it is needed. We narrow the list to communities whose tier of care actually fits your loved one, today and a year from now.
- Tiered care plans, written
- Respite stays available
- Communities we have walked through ourselves
- Cost transparency before tour
Adult family home placement
Small residential homes with a quiet, family-like setting. Two to six residents. Often the right answer for someone who would feel lost in a 100-resident community, or who needs more attentive hands-on care than assisted living provides. Valeri has spent years inside Snohomish County adult family homes, so she knows what good looks like.
- Two to six resident homes
- 24-hour staffing, hands-on
- Dietary and cultural fit considered
- Lower monthly cost than many AL tiers
Memory care placement
Secure environments built specifically for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Memory-trained staff, structured daily rhythms, and physical design that reduces confusion. We watch how residents are spoken to during our tours. That tells us more than any brochure.
- Secure memory care neighborhoods
- Dementia-trained staff verified
- Sundowning protocols asked about
- Family education on stages
A placement partner. Not a referral service.

I.
Free to families. Always.
Communities pay our placement fee, only after a move-in. There is nothing for you to buy, no membership, no callback fee, no consultation charge.
-
II.
Local only.
Snohomish County primary, parts of King County secondary. Based in Everett. We do not place outside the region. Local depth beats national breadth in this work.
-
III.
We tour homes in person.
We have been inside every home we recommend. We have met staff. We have watched a meal. National services that read off a database have not done that.
-
IV.
Founder led, locally rooted.
Valeri has spent years inside senior placement work in Snohomish County. She knows the homes, the staff, and the questions families do not yet know to ask.
We treat your loved one’s placement the way we would treat our own mother’s. Carefully. Honestly. With the time it deserves. Valeri Tran, Founder
What families ask, before they ask anything else.
How much does this cost my family?
How long does the placement process take?
What if we tour a home and change our minds?
Are you connected to specific communities?
How do you choose which homes to recommend?
Is this a sales pitch?
Tell us a little about your situation. We will call back today.
Four questions, one minute. A real person calls back same-day, usually within an hour during business hours. No fees. No pressure. No scripts.
